Delivery Policy

What are the delivery costs and options?

  • Spend £100 or more and we’ll give you free next day delivery.
  • £8 Next Day Our next day delivery service costs £8 and is available for all orders placed before 3pm.
  • £5 First Class Our first class delivery service costs £5 and should be with you within 1 to 2 days.
  • £3 Parcel Our parcel delivery should be with you in 3-5 days

All orders placed at the weekend will be packaged and sent out first thing Monday morning.

All orders come discreetly packaged and the sending company is PSW Ventures Ltd. The postman and your neighbours will have no way of knowing what the parcel contains.

Do any orders qualify for free delivery?
All orders over £100 come with complimentary next day delivery.

How will my order arrive?
Every purchase is beautifully presented in chic Love In A Box packaging and will arrive inside a sealed brown box. The package will indicate the delivery is from PSW Ventures Ltd (NoChex Ltd will appear on your bank statement).

Will my order be discreet?
Yes! All packages are sent discreetly in a brown packing box with no indication of their contents.

I want to change my order, how do I do this?
Unfortunately we cannot make alterations or cancellations to online orders. This is because as soon as your order reaches us, it is sent immediately to the warehouse to be packed and sent. Alterations would result in delayed parcels for everyone.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
Very occasionally events beyond our control may delay an order from getting to you as quickly as normal. On the rare occasion that a problem has occurred, we will email you immediately to check whether you still want us to send the order. If payment has already been taken a full refund can be given, please email us.

What if my order does not arrive when expected?
If your order does not arrive on the day you expected, please feel free to email us at sales@loveinabox.co.uk on the website and we will look into the matter immediately. Allow at least one extra day should the package not arrive when you expected.

Will I need to sign for my order?
To ensure safe arrival, all deliveries require a signature for security and privacy reasons. Please ensure you are at the delivery address to sign for your package when it is due. Alternatively, why not get your order delivered to work? That way you know you won’t miss its arrival and with the discreet packaging, no-one will know what naughty treats are hidden inside except you.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes.  However we reserve the right to put your order on hold if the postage paid does not cover delivery to your country.  Also please note that the UK delivery times are not applicable to overseas orders but we aim to send your items as quickly as possible given the postage option selected.

How do I know Love In A Box is a secure site?
Our main credit card processing is handled by our secure payment provider - Nochex. Nochex are one of the UK’s leading card processing agents and process tens of thousands of web transactions per week. Our account is a Nochex Merchant Account.  As an alternative we offer the payment option Paypal, one of the worlds biggest and most famous credit and debit card processor.

Is my personal information kept private?
All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, lease or sell your personal information to any other organisation without your consent.

What name will show up on the card statement?
All orders through Nochex (our main UK card processor) show a charge to "NoChex".  All orders through Paypal will show a charge to "SPORTSGAMIN".

What is PSW Ventures Ltd?
PSW Ventures Ltd is Love In A Box's official trading name, which will appear on all external packaging.

Payment Policy

How old do I have to be to purchase items from Love In A Box?
UK Law requires that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Love In A Box.

What methods of payment does Love In A Box accept?
At the moment we only accept credit and debit cards. We hope to add more payment methods shortly.

How do I know you have received my order and when will I be charged for my items?
Once you place an order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. Once the goods have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch. As part of the online ordering process your payment is taken straight away for immediate dispatch.  If there is any delay such as unavailable stock then you will be notified and if required, a refund given.

Will I be charged VAT?
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Refund Policy

What is your returns and exchange policy?
Love In A Box operates a seven day return policy, in line with the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You may send back your order within seven days providing that the products are unopened, unused, unworn and unwashed and in their original condition and packaging and with all their labels intact. Please ensure that thongs, knickers and shorts etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products are not intact. Refunds cannot be given on goods if a sealed unit has been opened. A full refund minus any postal charges incurred will be processed.

How do I organise return of an item?
Because of our strict customer service and hygiene standards you must request a returns number from Love In A Box before you send an item back to us. To do so email us at sales@loveinabox.co.uk. This will ensure the returns process is as quick and efficient as possible. Items returned without a returns number cannot be looked at and may be destroyed for health and safety reasons. Please ensure all items are packaged securely to protect them.

In all cases your proof of postage should show the PSW Ventures Ltd address to which you have returned the goods, together with the Post Office's stamped confirmation. Your return should include your order number, name and address and a clear indication if you require a refund or replacement.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return being accepted. However, they are usually processed within a few days and are subject to our terms and conditions.
